This is not like anything you have ever done before.
This is not a 5 step formula or strategy.
This is not a program you deploy to ‘fix’ your HR problem.
This is not ‘Appreciation Week’ or Thank You morning tea.
This is not another Culture Survey that you look at for 2 minutes then immediately forget because - busy.
This is getting in the trenches with the real story of your organisation and your people
and it’s only for those willing to be brave enough to turn the mirror on themselves and take a good hard look
(as my Mum used to say).
PS I am a disruptor of the status quo. I mean look at the world, the status quo isn’t exactly serving us right now is it?
You should also know I like a swear word here and there and I’m not afraid to call a spade a spade (or a dick move a dick move).
So. . . are you willing?
You and your people will be asked to be brave and vulnerable, kind to each other and honest with yourselves.
This is where we shine a light on the things you are good at and celebrate them, as well as turn the same light onto the things that are less than ideal, uncomfortable to acknowledge and are taking up space in the subconscious of your organisational culture.
There will be some hard conversations and there will also be lots of laughter. I like to think it’s a bit like white water rafting; a bit insane, quite tricky and can get messy but absolutely exhilarating and 100% worth it.
You will be led to deeply interrogate your organisation with humanness at the centre of the examination.
Do you really know yourself?
What is actually driving you to make the decisions you do?
Do you even know your colleagues?
Do you listen to understand or just to respond?
If you are truly honest with yourself are you even listening or just waiting for your turn to talk?
Do you like the idea of caring about your people and your culture but when push comes to shove you have a list of reasons why you can’t change anything?
Is there any space in your organisation for radical honesty?
What is the reason your organisation even exists?
Do you talk a big game about the collective but really you’re just a group of individuals occupying the same space?
Do people really want to be in the team or are they there just for the paycheck?
Who are the people you serve?
What is important to them?
Do they feel seen and known?
Our 12 months together includes:
4 full days of Professional Learning for you and your people, designed in partnership with you and delivered face to face with time carefully allocated for reflection and discussion.
The room is noisy and the learning is real because Ai is not doing the thinking, people are.
4 x online meetings for the Leadership Group in between the face to face sessions for checking in, talking about what you are noticing, co-designing the next sessions and support.
Mon-Fri contact for troubleshooting things that come up as well as extract and make sense of emergent thinking in real time.
